CYCLING
Our group cycling classes are guaranteed to get your heart pounding. Resistance and speed of pedaling are used to simulate various types of rides with an energizing soundtrack.
STEP
Energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Uses an adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step.
LES MILLS BODY PUMP
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises.
ZUMBA® FITNESS
A dance based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. It includes both cardio and strengthening components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body.
AQUA ZUMBA®
